SIGN-UP FOR E-MAIL

If requested, emails will be sent by the board notifying you of upcoming HOA meetings, events, and other important announcements. The board uses a Google Group, hoa-devonshire, to manage the mailing list. Only the board members are allowed to send emails to this group.

If you would like to become a member of the hoa-devonshire Google Group and access its past content, please use the following steps to join. It should take less than 5 minutes of your time. PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR FULL NAME AND ADDRESS when requesting to join.

1. Since the Google Group is a private one, a Google account is required to join it. If you do not have a Google account yet, you can create one for free by using your regular email ID. See the 1-minute video for a quick tutorial.

2. Go to https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/hoa-devonshire. Sign-in with your Google account.

3. Click on "Apply for membership" and please provide your full name and address in the additional info of your request. This will help the moderators in ensuring that only the Devonshire residents are approved to join.

If you are already a member of the hoa-devonshire Google Group, then you will receive emails from the board. You can also view the past contents of the group by clicking here and signing-in with your Google account.

If you do not want to create a Google account but just want to receive emails from the board, please provide your information below and the administrators will add you to the mailing list. (Note that you will not be able to access the hoa-devonshire Google Group's past content on the web at link without a Google Account.)
